Helping Patients Access Specialty Surgical Care
Desert Maxillofacial Center provides specialized oral and maxillofacial surgery care for patients who may need evaluation or treatment for dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, tooth extractions, bone grafting, jaw surgery, oral pathology, facial trauma, cleft lip and palate, craniofacial reconstruction, and other surgical concerns.
When submitting a referral, please include the patient’s reason for referral, relevant clinical notes, imaging if available, and any special considerations that may help our team prepare for the consultation.
